Eleven new Judges have recently been appointed to The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. It is hoped these appointments, which includes six in NSW, will substantially increase the Court’s ability to manage the existing caseload and reduce the significant delays families in the system currently face.

The Chief Justice of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Hon Will Alstergren, said that he was delighted to be able to welcome the appointment of esteemed and eminently qualified individuals to the Bench.
